Format of Conference: HYBRID (on-line and on-site) or ON-LINE (on-line only)

IPEC 2022 Steering Committee is preparing to hold the conference in HYBRID (on-line and on-site) format.

In HYBRID format:
Presenters and participants LIVING IN JAPAN are expected to attend ON-SITE.
Presenters and participants LIVING OUTSIDE OF JAPAN are expected to attend ON-LINE, but if the situation of COVID-19 gets better, we also expected to attend ON-SITE as well.

The presentation will be on-line real-time presentation or pre-recorded videos, with real-time Q & A.
All presentations are delivered in real time (during business hours in Japan).

<Important>
In case that a state of emergency is declared in Osaka or Tokyo around mid-March 2022, the conference format will move to ON-LINE.
